some income to your photography business, if promoted correctly, it can
greatly increase your studio's bottom line.
This "Killer Series" episode is focused on helping you quickly achieve
excellent results. Come along and see how easy it is to find the
perfect location, select
the right wardrobe, apply great lighting techniques in and out of the
studio and most importantly, how to work with the model to get the high

Models need photographs to market themselves. Whether they are
experienced or just starting out, new and exciting pictures are the
tools of their trade. Models need strong images that will sell their
"look" to perspecitve clients.Your job is to provide them with those
strong images and in order to be profitable, you'll need to produce the
images quickly.
"Model Composites" features a
real first-time model. You'll meet Erica at the same moment we do...
when she walks through the studio door. Prior to our meeting on the day of
the shoot, we had only talked with Erica by phone regarding the
wardrobe she would be bringing. Over the next 3 hours we shot casual
portraits, headshots, swimsuits and other fashion. Check out a small gallery of the images from that shoot.
We take a 'working smarter' approach to shooting models and you get to see inside a real shoot from beginning to end; you will see the exact lighting setups we use everyday to create soft,
dramatic and flattering light. The lighting diagrams on the
second disc showing exactly what to do to replicate the set up for each shot, and we've included a step by step tutorial on creating the finished composite in Photoshop.
But wait there's more... Scott has created a series of step by step Photoshop tutorials that show the retouching
techniques and artistic enhancments we applied to Erica's portfolio prints.
